The main focus of this project was to categorize Maine’s residential waste stream to aid policy-makers, municipalities, and individuals in their views on Waste Stream Managment. The Report “2011 Maine Residential Waste Characterization Study (PDF)” is the first report from this line of research that the School of Economics is undertaking.
