A Free Program for People with Diabetes and Their Families

  • Open to anyone with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes, family members, and caregivers.
  • Learn how to select and prepare foods that help to control blood sugar, cholesterol, and blood pressure.
  • Taste main dishes, side dishes, and desserts.

Where: Calais Methodist Home
Dates: Thursdays, May 1, May 8, May 15, and May 22
Time: 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Limited to the first 20 who register. Those who call after the program is full will be placed on a waiting list.
