Welcome to the Maine Alpha Tau Beta Pi Chapter at the University of Maine 100th Anniversary Celebration!

The Maine Alpha Chapter of Tau Beta Pi was established at the University of Maine on March 11,1911. It was the first and remains the only chapter in Maine, hence the “Alpha,” the first letter of the Greek alphabet. On April 16th we will be celebrating our 100 year anniversary! We would like to extend a warm welcome to all old and new Maine Alpha Tau Bates and invite you to come back to campus and celebrate with us!

In honor of this momentous occasion we will have a celebration, including tours of campus and our engineering labs, initiation ceremony, and a banquet dinner! The beautifully renovated Wells Conference Center will serve as the center location from where our events will take place.

We will unveil a plaque commemorating the event and we are busy creating a memory book that captures the history of our chapter through the quotes and photos submitted by our alumni. We need your help to make this happen, so please help by contributing your stories and photos about your time on campus and please provide an update on where your life has taken you since then.

REGISTRATION:

Registration is $45 per person, including lunch and the evening banquet.($10 Lunch & $35 Banquet). You can chose either lunch or the banquet or both, depending on what you want to do.
