Tanglewood Day Camp - Daily Schedule

• Daily Themes

Each day follows a different theme, introduced at the opening circle. Some days may have different flows depending on weather, theme or location.

7:30 am- Early arrival, families can drop off at the main camp Dining Hall

8:30 am – Opening circle and welcome, songs and 4-H pledge

9:25 – Nature hike & ecology activities based on daily themes, we’ll eat snack out on the trail

11:30/45 am – Lunch & story time

12:00 pm – Free time with games, then a bit of siesta

1:45 pm – Swimming, land-based activities and art projects for non-swimmers

2:30 pm – Story & snack

3:00 pm- Afternoon Electives, small group activities the campers will choose each day and rotate through

4:00 pm- Closing circle and early departure

5:00 pm- Pick up for families needing extended care
