If the student has already begun working for you during the aid year, you may view their remaining funds on MaineStreet. To view the amount of Federal Work-Study funds a student has remaining from MaineStreet, follow these steps:
You will be able to view the total aid year Federal Work-Study amount and the amount earned-to-date.
Another way to view your students’ Federal Work-Study amount and amount earned-to-date is by reviewing your earnings reports which you receive bi-weekly.
The amount of Federal Work-Study earned-to-date is also included on the student’s paystub which they can view on MaineStreet under Employee Self-Service.
