Before a student can begin working, there are forms that need to be completed.

Every student who is hired needs to complete the following:

2012 – 2013 Academic Year Authorization Form

Students who have not worked for the University in the past 12 months will also have to complete the following:

Federal and State W-4

Federal I-9

Direct Deposit Form
