General Description
Student is responsible for acting as a resource for inter-personal information in a professional and confidential setting under direct supervision while exercising a moderate level of independent judgment.

Duties (may include but not limited to)
Answers the telephone and takes messages
Operates office equipment
Answers general questions over the phone as well as in person
Provides service to a variety of university populations including students, parents, instructors, community members and other campus staff

Additional Requirements (may include but not limited to)
Performs data entry
Makes outgoing calls
Performs quality assurance using computer software
Must exhibit a working knowledge of basic computer software
Must have general clerical skills
Must be committed to extensive training due to the nature of the position
Must have the ability to handle stressful situations and exhibit patience
Must sign a confidentiality agreement
