President’s Dinner on the Mall!
Student Organizations Fair
Saturday, September 31^st 2013 5:00pm – 7:00pm

This is an opportunity for your club or organization to show the new students what you do and why they should get involved!

Suggestions/Guidelines/ Reminders:

Reminder: Upperclassmen living in the residence halls for the Fall 2013 semester are not allowed to move in until Monday, September 2^nd. Participation in President’s Dinner on the Mall alone will not allow upperclassmen to move in early. Upperclassmen who wish to move in early to participate in President’s Dinner on the Mall will also need to volunteer for Maine Hello by visiting the Maine Hello Volunteer Registration Page.

All groups will be provided with a table and two chairs any other supplies organization will require need to be provided by your organization.

Groups may begin setting up at 3:30 and the event begins at 5:00 and lasts until 7:00pm
