Eva holds an M. Sc. in Interdisciplinary Water Resources Management from Nepal Engineering College, Bhaktapur, Nepal, with SAWA (South Asian Water Alliance) Fellowship awarded by SaciWATERs (South Asian Consortium for Interdisciplinary Water Resources Studies), Hyderabad, India. She had worked as Program Associate in a development consulting firm, where she was involved in research projects related to natural resources management. Her research interests are in renewable energy, climate change and economics of resource management.
