Graduate Experience:

“I was fortunate enough to have graduated from the Environmental Management and Policy undergraduate program and the Resource Economics and Policy graduate program. The faculty and staff encouraged my diverse academic interests and were supportive during my studies at UMaine. The faculty helped me foster and develop my leadership skills as a teaching assistant and encouraged me to work as a research assistant for the Council of State Governments. My advisors were wonderful and allowed me the autonomy to explore various policy topics. The graduate program prepared me to review complex federal regulatory and policy initiatives that are consistent with economic principles.”
