Residence Hall Descriptions - On Campus Apartments
The University of Maine offers two on-campus apartments for our upper-class students. In order to be eligible to live in DTAV (Doris Twitchell Allen Village) or Patch Hall, students must have acquired 40 credits by the December prior to occupying the apartments.
These apartments offer the independence of apartment living, while still allowing the students the convenience of living on campus.
- Apartments may be single-gender or co-ed
- 5-person apartments have one single and two double bedrooms
- 6-person apartments have two single and two double bedrooms
- Double bedrooms are single gender only
- Full kitchen with stovetop, bath and living room in each apartment
- Meal plans are optional for residents
- Handicapped accessible apartments available
- Continuous housing hall- open during all academic breaks (October, Thanksgiving, winter and spring breaks)
- 200 student capacity
- Apartments may be single gender or co-ed
- 4-person apartments with single and double bedrooms
- Double bedrooms are single gender only
