UMS Strategic Investment Fund (SIF) Process for FY2013

The University of Maine System (UMS) has announced the FY 2013 Strategic Investment Fund (SIF) competition. Each campus president must forward their campus’s proposals to the System by January 16, 2012.  Please see the documents below related to the review process at the UMaine and UMS levels.
