Jimmy Jung joined the University of Maine in July 2012 as Vice President for Enrollment Management. A native of New York City, Jung received his B.A. in psychology from Hunter College, an M.A. in psychology from The City College of New York, and a Ph.D. in educational psychology from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York.
Jung came to UMaine from The College at Brockport, where he was the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management. He also served as Executive Director for Strategic Enrollment Management at Baruch College. His other experience in higher education includes positions within institutional research and academic advisement.
Jung has expertise in a number of areas and has presented nationally and internationally on enrollment planning, student recruitment, financial aid leveraging and using predictive analytics to improve student outcomes.Print This Page
