Faculty & Staff - Mark Hibben

Mark Hibben is a Ph.D. candidate in Political Science at Syracuse University.  He holds a Masters of Arts in Political Science (Syracuse University) and International Political Economy/International Studies (University of Birmingham, UK) and BS in Biology (University of Maine). His areas of specialty include international political economy, the politics of globalization, and international organizations.  His current research is focused on assessing the impact of changing International
Monetary Fund policies on low-income countries in the post-Washington Consensus period.
