About Us

Members of PEAC are elected for two-year terms and are apportioned according to the number of professionals in each of the Vice-Presidential units and the Presidents office. The council meets the first Wednesday of each month during the Fall and Spring Semester from 8:30 am to 10:00 am at the University Club, Fogler Library. All meetings are open to Professional Staff. The goals of PEAC are

  • to promote, encourage and enhance professional development
  • to recognize professional employees and the contributions they make to the University
  • to increase awareness of Campus-wide resources available to professional employees
  • to provide networking opportunities across campus for professional employees
