Nanocellulose Facility - Nanocellulose Requests
The UMaine Process Development Center is pleased to supply nanocellose samples to the research and business communities. Currently, we are producing slurries of cellulose nanofibrils, at approximately 3% solids, for research and application development. UMaine is also distributing Cellulose Nanocrystals manufactured at the U.S. Forest Products Laboratory (FPL). The FPL nanocrystals are available as a 6% slurry, and also in the dry form. In the near future we will carry a number of other types of nanocellulose , in both slurry and dry forms.
