February, 2017 – Local radio show Bob Duschesne’s Wild Maine interviews PDC Director Michael Bilodeau for an episode about the role of nanomaterials in the future of Maine’s forest products industry.

Fall, 2016 – The autumn issue of MAINE Alumni Magazine reprints Mainebiz‘s August article regarding the PDC’s partnership with Twin Rivers Paper.

September, 2016 – Borregaard’s Exilva blog publishes an article about the use of microfibrillated nanocellulose in paper coatings authored by PDC director Michael Bilodeau.

August, 2016 – An article about the Process Development Center’s relationship with Twin Rivers Paper is published in the August 22nd issue of Mainebiz magazine, with PDC director Michael Bilodeau making the magazine’s cover.

July, 2016 – The Economic Development Administration announces a new plan and a series of grants intended to boost Maine’s forest products industry during an event held at the Process Development Center.

June, 2016 A paper co-authored by three PDC researchers,”Effects of cellulosic nanofibrils on papermaking properties of fine papers,” is published in the June issue of the TAPPI Journal.

April, 2016 During an April 12th, 2016 Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee hearing, Maine Senator Angus King highlights the Process Development Center’s support for Maine’s forest products industry.

November, 2015  The Nip Impressions newsletter discusses some of the Process Development Center’s latest projects in this article.
