In March 2011, the Research and Scholarship Committee of the Faculty Senate, together with the Office of the VP for Research, ORSP, and CETA, held a grant funding forum, “Shared Wisdom of UM Faculty for Success in Grant Funding: What Works” which provided an opportunity for faculty to share their collective experience and wisdom on how we as a University can improve our success in grant funding. Both veteran and junior faculty from campus participated in the panel presentations and roundtable discussions.
