Cutler UVAC Bay Expansion
The Project consists of the construction of a 1,610sf ambulance parking garage in Cutler Health Center. The facility will consist of 2 bays and involve demolition of a masonry single-bay addition.
All Bidders may attend a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at the Cutler Health Center, UVAC entrance, University of Maine, Orono, Maine on Thursday, June 5, 2014 at 10:30am.
Bids will be received in Facilities Management prior to 2:00pm on Tuesday, June 24, 2014.

Aubert Hall STEM Classroom Renovations
The University of Maine desires to procure Construction Manager (CM) at Risk services for this project. The Project involves the interior renovation of a portion of Aubert Hall for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) classrooms. The building will be occupied during construction. All letters of interest with submittal packages must be received in Facilities Management prior to 2:00pm on Friday, June 20, 2014.

Fogler Library South Roof Replacement
The Project consists of removing the existing roof system (approximately 150 square) to the vapor barrier on the Fogler Library south roof and installing a fully adhered insulated PVC roofing system. The Work shall commence no earlier than July 1, 2014, and shall be substantially complete by August 15, 2014. There are bid alternates associated with this project.
All Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the front steps (The Mall side) of Fogler Library, University of Maine, in Orono, Maine on Thursday, May 22, 2014, at 2:00pm.
Bids will be received in Facilities Management prior to 3:00pm on Wednesday, June 4, 2014.

Paving Maintenance FY15
The Project consists of placing overlay pavement on existing paved campus roads, parking lots and sidewalks. Locations to be overlaid will be selected based on total tonnage to be placed, which quantity may vary based on the unit prices received. Associated miscellaneous items including shim pavement, bituminous curb and adjusting structures to grade will be done as necessary.
Bids will be received in Facilities Management prior to 1:00pm on Tuesday, June 3, 2014.
