For departmental work performed by FM, such as building a bookcase, installing additional light switches, installing a new/replacement carpet, or any other non-maintenance work, please use the form below. You will receive a confirmation e-mail along with a copy of your order.
Departments will be billed for services, therefore Work Orders cannot be submitted without an account number. Once you request services, your Work Order will be forwarded to the appropriate FM unit where it will be scheduled.
Normal shop hours are Monday thru Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Work performed outside of normal hours may be subject to overtime charges.
