Maine Public Broadcasting Network is scheduled at 1 p.m., Friday, Nov. 9 to air a lecture recorded at the University of Maine in October given by former CIA officer and al-Qaida and terrorism expert Bruce Riedel. Riedel serves as an adviser for the UMaine School of Policy and International Affairs (SPIA), which sponsored his presentation.
