Kelley Interviewed for CBS News Hurricane Debris Report

UMaine marine geologist Joe Kelley, an expert on coastal geology, was interviewed by CBS News for a report on the debris and pollutants from Hurricane Sandy washing into the ocean from flooded streets in New York City and other places. With the majority of the physical debris expected to wash up along the coast, Kelley said 99 percent of it probably will go to a landfill.
