UMaine Students Interviewed for MPBN School Loans Report
Several University of Maine students were interviewed for a Maine Public Broadcasting Network report on student loan debt and the prospect of being unable to make payments after they graduate if they cannot find jobs. Music education majors Paul Griffin and Stephanie Beatrice and business and marketing major Sarah Faulkingham said they are already concerned about their mounting school loan debts, which likely will exceed $20,000 or even $30,000.
