Rockland Newspaper Reviews UMaine Student Exhibit

“See Touch Hear,” an exhibit currently at Aysmmetrick Arts gallery in Rockland by three UMaine students pursuing interdisciplinary doctoral degrees, was reviewed by the Free Press, a mid-coast community newspaper. The article says participatory or interactive art is becoming more common, and gives viewers a chance to “complete and give life to art on their own terms.” Bethany Engstrom, Richard Corey and John Bell, who organized the exhibit, are all graduates of UMaine’s Intermedia MFA program.
