Police Chief Comments in Article on Dayglow Concert
An article in the Springfield, Mo. News-Leader newspaper about emergency services personnel preparedness for trouble during “Dayglow” paint concerts at colleges and universities included comments from University of Maine Police Chief Roland Lacroix, who said UMaine planned well in advance of a Dayglow concert last year at UMaine and after substantial research into what to expect.
