Michaud Praises USDA in Report on UMaine Potato Grant
U.S. Rep. Mike Michaud praised the U.S. Department of Agriculture for awarding the University of Maine a $249,600 grant to continue potato breeding and variety development, according to an article in the St. John Valley Times. The project will work to develop processing plants to address the unique needs of the New England region.
