Newspapers Report Ongoing Investigation in Student Death
The Bangor Daily News published an article about the ongoing investigation into the death July 28 of UMaine student Shirley Ladd, a 22-year-old New Hampshire resident who fell from a steep mountain trail in Acadia National Park. The Seacoastonline.com newspaper group in southern Maine also carried the report. Investigators said they want to determine exactly what happened.
