In preparing a summary, participants are encouraged to answer any or all of the following questions:
What do you see as a key area of distinction at UMaine?
What do you see as an opportunity or challenge that UMaine faces?
What solution do you propose?
How will this solution enable UMaine to achieve a new vision of institutional excellence and realize its position as a leading 21st century Land and Sea Grant University?
How would you assess whether this solution is successful?
