A study about dairy products and cognitive function, in which UMaine psychologist/epidemiologist Merrill “Pete” Elias, and psychologists Michael Robbins and Gregory Dore collaborated with a researcher at the University of South Australia, is receiving international coverage. The Times of India included a report about the study, published recently in the International Dairy Journal, which found dairy products in adult diets improve cognitive function. New Zealand’s MSN NZ Health Hub website also ran a story. The British newspaper Daily Mail also reported on the study.
