Strukov in Story About Portland’s Russian Sister City
Andrei Strukov, a UMaine instructor of Russian and an instructional technology development specialist and web developer at UMaine, was in a photo that accompanied a Bangor Daily News story about Portland’s interest in reviving its relationship with the Russian city of Arkhangelsk, Russia. Strukov was acting as a translator during a meeting Wednesday of Portland and Arkhangelsk officials.
