Brain Storming
After setting project objectives and team specifications we began the design process by brain storming possible solutions. Several different designs were discussed and the pros and cons of each were weighed. A major decision to be made was how to transmit the power generated by a humans arms to the drive wheel(s). Stability, weight, durability and complexity were also considered when narrowing down the ideas to a single design.
