A new issue of “For the Record”, the newsletter published by the Office of Student Records, has been released. This is the May 2013 – July 2013 issue. Previous issues are available on the Office of Student Records site.

The 2012-2013 Undergraduate Catalog is now available in PDF format as a convenience. To view the most recent version of this catalog, we still recommend the online version.
Recent updates may have changed how Transcripts are viewed and printed when using FireFox browser.
To resolve this problem, choose the Tools menu in FireFox and then select Options. Click on the Applications tab and then find Portable Document Format (PDF) in the Content Type column. Change the Action from “Preview in FireFox” to “Use Adobe Reader”.

Requirements for academic plans offered by the College of Engineering are now available for evaluation in degree progress reports in MaineStreet.
The degree progress report is intended for advising purposes only and is NOT the final or official determination for completing degree or program requirements. Only a College and/or Department can make the final official determination.

The Office of Student Records will be opening at 8:30AM on Monday, June 18th and also on Monday June 25th to help service students and parents during New Student Orientation. Normal hours are from 10:AM till 4:30PM.
Final exams for the Spring 2012 term will be from April 30 – May 4. An updated schedule is provided in Adobe PDF format.
