The Maine Physical Sciences Partnership – 2nd Annual Summit

The second annual Maine Physical Sciences Partnership Summit will be held at Point Lookout Resort & Conference Center in Northport, Maine on May 18-19, 2012. Conference participants – PSP teachers, University of Maine faculty and staff, school administrators, and special guests – will learn more about the PSP, all of the work that’s been completed in the last year, and our exciting plans for the future. The program will include a mix of speakers, panel discussions, breakout groups, and socializing opportunities.
The Summit will take place all day on Friday, May 18 and through lunch on the 19th.
School Administrators: If you can’t attend the whole meeting, consider attending at least Friday late afternoon (3:30 to 5:00). An Administrator Round Table will be tailored specifically towards you.
THE SUMMIT IS FREE TO PARTICIPANTS. All food and lodging will be covered by the Maine RiSE Center. Lodging at Point Lookout will be in shared cabins on the resort property (single rooms, unless a double room is preferred). Lodging is available on Thursday and Friday nights. Saturday night lodging is also included for the PSP Advisory Board, Leadership Team, and External Evaluators who are participating in post-conference meetings.
