Purpose:

The purpose of the Team Building module is to provide a basic orientation to the knowledge and skills needed to promote workplace teamwork.

Learning Objectives:

As a result of participating in this workshop, supervisors will:

• Identify personal strengths and attributes that contribute to teamwork.
• Apply a process observer model to identify team needs and suggest appropriate actions to promote more effective teamwork.
• Create an action plan for further development of teamwork skills.
