Human Resources Partners work as a team to provide a full range of personnel and employment related services for faculty employment. In support of the University’s recruitment and hiring of faculty employees, these individuals function as Faculty Human Resources Partners. Each works closely with departmental staff to provide comprehensive consulting and collaborative assistance around human resources policies and procedures for faculty employees. They serve as a resource to departmental administrative employees by advising, supporting, and assisting them with to day-to-day human resources transactions. The HRPs also work to transfer knowledge and expertise and, when necessary, facilitate access to specialized staff.
