2012 Business Conference and Trade Show – Survey

Print Friendly

You are invited to participate in a voluntary evaluation of the 2012 Hancock County Business Conference and Trade Show being conducted by Jim McConnon and Louis Bassano of the University of Maine Cooperative Extension.  The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the effectiveness and impacts of the conference on the program participants.  The information provided will be used to inform the University of Maine Cooperative Extension and the Hancock County Business Conference Planning team about the effectiveness and impacts of the conference.  A summary of the data will be presented in a public meeting and will be used to help plan future educational programs.

What Will You Be Asked to Do?

If you decide to participate, you will be asked to answer questions on an online survey that will be available through the secure website, SurveyMonkey, and should take less than 15 minutes.

Except for your time and inconvenience, there are no risks to you from participating in this survey.

While this study may have no direct benefit to you, this survey will help us learn more about the effectiveness and impacts of this conference.

Your name will not be connected with your responses; responses are anonymous.  Data from this survey will be kept in a password-protected file for one year and then will be deleted.

You don’t have to answer any question you don’t want to, and you can end the survey at any time.
