Wilde Stein
The Wilde Stein Alliance for Sexual Diversity named after Oscar Wilde and Gertrude Stein, is an alliance of students who embrace the spectrum of sexualities and genders and offers students the opportunity to socialize in a safe, accepting place, as well as to inform and support the LGBT community.
The group meets every Thursday at 7pm in the FFA Room in the Memorial Union. Students interested in joining Wilde Stein are encouraged to attend a meeting on Thursdays at 7pm, come by the Rainbow Resource Center on the second floor of the Memorial Union, Rm 224, or email Christopher M. DuBois to have them added to the discussion folders on FirstClass.
The group holds two very important week-long events, Coming Out Week in October and Pride Week in April. These events invite the entire campus community to come celebrate and support the homosexual, bisexual, transgender, questioning, queer, intersexual and/or asexual community.

Who leads this Group? President of Wilde Stein: Christopher M. DuBois
Chris is a senior declared Anthropology major with a minor in religious studies, focusing on theoretical perspectives on religion. He wants to be able to reach across lines of ignorance, stereotypes, bigotry and hatred in order to unite people and erase the concept of “Us vs Them.”
