To Whom It May Concern:

GLBT Services and Wilde Stein would like to formally apologize for any gratuitous vulgar actions or incidents that happened during Pride Week’s Professional Drag Queen performance. Our services and our students truly believe in creating a welcoming and respectful atmosphere with our fellow students, faculty, and staff. We honor the value of diversity and respect all individuals, their beliefs, and traditions.

We deeply and humbly apologize for any insult. We do not support the actions performed on stage that we believe were so offensive towards certain theologies and individuals of faith. We were unaware of what they had planned to do during their performance and would never have approved of their actions.

The individuals in question will no longer be invited to on campus activities by GLBT Services and the Wilde Stein GSA student group. We apologize again and will strive to filter any blatantly offensive material from our activities.
