The bundle includes an access code for InterChemNet (allowing you to download lab experiments), a lab notebook, and information about lab policies.

a. Lab Policies: there are several important laboratory policies we want you to understand before conducting the first lab experiment. The policies include Lab Safety, Grading, and Sexual Harassment. The policies will be discussed the first time your lab section meets and you will have an opportunity to ask questions before signing forms acknowledging understanding.

b. InterChemNet® (ICN) is a program that gives you access to lab experimental procedures, stores instrumental data, as well as gathers answers to online questions. You will need to register online. You will need the 12 digit ICN barcode which comes with the Access Packet to register. In addition, when registering you will be asked your CHY 123 (or CHY 102,  CHY 124 or CHY 133) labortaory section number, your CHY 121 (or CHY 122 or CHY 133) class section, and FirstClass account information. We recommend that you have your class schedule with you when registering. Registration will be available the first week of classes.
