Instructions for Registering

• First 350 registrants accepted.
• Use a separate form for each person.
• Please complete this form carefully. If you have questions call 1-800-287-1482 (in Maine) or 207-743-6329.
• Register in a timely way for the best chance to get the workshops you desire. No refunds will be given after April 1, 2012.

Registration confirmations
To reduce paper and mailing costs, only e-mail confirmations will be sent.  Otherwise you can call the office for confirmation.

Return registration form with payment of $50.00 per person (lunch is included). Make check payable to University of Maine Cooperative Extension.
