Recipes - Tomato Crouton Casserole
Ingredients:6 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
8 slices whole grain bread, cubed
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Arrange tomatoes in a greased 13-in.x 9-in. pan.
- Top with bread cubes.
- Combine butter or margarine, basil and thyme; drizzle over bread and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30-35 minutes or until tomatoes are tender.
