Recipes - Quick Pickles
| Ingredients:
7 cups cucumbers
1 cup onion
1 cup green pepper
2 cups sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon celery seeds
Directions:
- Cut cucumbers, onion and green pepper very thin.
- Combine sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seeds. Mix well.
- Pour mixture over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate for 5 days before serving. Stir twice each day.
