Eat Well Nutrition Education Program - Nutrition Workshops

Six part series starts July 9 – August 13, 2013
4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Windham High School, Room 302

Windham, Maine

Through hands-on experience, participants will learn how to:

  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks
  • Save money on groceries
  • Improve cooking skills

Participants in the Eat Well nutrition workshops will also receive:

  • Recipes and a cookbook
  • Small incentives to help you live a healthy lifestyle
  • Participants who complete the 6-week series will receive a complementary Hannaford gift card sponsored by Windham Community Garden.

This nutrition educational series is offered in collaboration with Windham Community Garden and the Windham Food Pantry and the Windham/Raymond Adult Ed.
