To order your Get Well Meal, fill out this form and click "Submit" to send it to UMaine Dining. Please allow two hours from the time you submit this form for us to prepare your meal.

Your representative should check in with the dining facility manager for assistance upon arrival. Once your representative picks up your meal, the meal will be deducted from your dining plan.
