A chickenThe University of Maine Cooperative Extension in Cumberland County and the Maine Poultry Growers’ Association (MPGA) are sponsoring a “How to Build a Wire Poultry Travel Cage” workshop.

Build and take a wire poultry travel cage home! The workshop will also feature Extension Veterinarian, Dr. Anne Lichtenwalner speaking on poultry health.

Saturday, June 22, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Fee: $30 for the general public and $25 for MPGA members.

Deadline to register is June 19th! Enrollment is limited to 20 participants.
