Licensing Your Kitchen Workshop April 9

On April 9th 2013 a Licensing Your Kitchen Workshop is being co-sponsored by University of Maine Cooperative Extension and MOFGA – Maine Organic Farmers and Growers Association.

Designed for farmers and others interested in home-food processing for resale.

Licensing requirements, food safety, and liability insurance will be covered by panel members, including:

  • Dr. Beth Calder, Food Science Specialist for the University of Maine Cooperative Extension
  • Ronda Stone, Maine Department Of Agriculture, Conservation & Forestry

  Time:  10 am to 3 pm 

  Place: University of Maine Regional Learning Center

             75 Clearwater Dr, Suite 104, Falmouth

Cost:  $35 for MOFGA members and $40 for non-members
