Alfond Sports Arena Concessions – 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.- Maine Marketplace – 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- University Bookstore – 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Bear Necessities Athletic Store – 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Traffic into Orono will be extremely heavy and delays of up to 45 minutes to 1 hour may be encountered. Signs are posted from I-95, Exits 191 and 193 directing you to campus. Also, exiting the campus will take approximately 1 hour, so please plan accordingly.
Alternate Route
You may elect to drive to Exit 197 from I-95. Take Route 43 East. Drive for 3.5 miles through the city of Old Town. Drive straight through the traffic lights, route 43 East will change to Route 2 West. Continue for 3.4 miles and enter the University of Maine from the Park Street entrance and follow the signs to the appropriate parking lots. Driving time will be approximately 20 minutes from Exit 197 to campus.
Arrival by Plane
Bangor International Airport (BGR) is only 20 minutes from campus. Rental cars are also available.
