Bio:

After graduating from Orono in 1996, I was hired at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics in Cambridge, MA.  While I was there I worked as a TA for two different astronomy classes at Harvard.  In 2004 l moved back to Maine to start a bakery business called Fire Flour Bakery.  In the fall of 2008, while I was still baking for farmers’ markets, I also taught an Intro to Astronomy class at Unity College.  In January 2011, I came back to Orono as a full time student in the MST program.
