Research:

My research is about introductory chemistry students understanding of entropy.  My intention is to document commmon misconceptions and difficulties on the topic and ideally create a meaningful curriculum intervention, potentially in the PLTL sessions, to alleviate some of those difficulties.   Success will be measured using written assessments and videotaped interviews.
