• programs bring together a diverse clientele: undergraduate and graduate students, historians, diplomats, writers and French teachers
• emphasis at the École des langues vivantes is on quality teaching with a focus on authenticity – stress in placed on real communicative situations
• highly qualified teachers provide instruction to students at all levels, from beginner to advanced

• The École de langues at UQAM has been offering services over the past 20 years to more than 8,500 students each year in 12 different languages
